Why we worship...

We worship because God deserves and demands it! We are to love the Lord with all we have, and we demonstrate that through our private and corporate worship. Because He is our Creator and Redeemer, we give Him our hearts through love and our lives through obedience and faith. Private devotion helps us draw close to the Lord in relationship and our corporate worship gives us oppurtunity to celebrate His faithfulness, power, and majesty. Corporate worship is also a weekly spiritual event that can reach people who are hurting, angry, curious, cynical or wavering in their faith. Whether they are seeking or skeptical, our worship can lead them to proclaim, "God is really among you!" I Corinthians 14:25

How we worship...

By using our gifts in preaching, music, drama, visual arts, and technology, we seek to provide culturally relevant corporate worship that leads to experiencing the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ in our services each weekend. We value participation in our services through singing, prayer, faith stories, and the reading and preaching of God's Word. Often we include the elements of drama and special music to further enhance our understanding and worship of God.
