The child heading toward adolescence enters a world of increasing diversity, complexity and choice. With an intense commitment to Jesus Christ and a growing understanding of God's ways, the older child will successfully meet the challenges of peers, the pressures of school, the enticements of culture and the search for significance. A variety of ministries combine to nurture within each child a heart for God and people.
Sunday Morning
- Bible Classes - Group Bible exploration
- Chapel - Praise and Worship, plus Bible review games
- Elective Classes - Age-graded topical studies, enrichment classes and serving opportunities. Brochures detailing classes and locations are available at the Children's Ministry Welcome Center located on the Lower Level.
Wednesday Evening 7:00 PM (Sept – May)
In consideration of the unique needs and interests of boys and girls at this age, children are encouraged to participate in the age-graded boys and girls clubs. These groups share in devotional times and Bible memory, but fun activities, service projects and life-skills development add and active element to the programs.
