Worship at Grace

"Not for our sake, God, no, not for our sake, but for your name's sake, show your glory.
Do it on account of your merciful love, do it on account of your faithful ways."

Psalm 115:1

We value worship at Grace because it is the biblical response of grateful hearts to our God who is holy, sovereign, and gracious to save us. As we worship, His glory is shown among us and we celebrate His presence with us. Through God-centered music, drama, media, biblical preaching,  baptism and communion, we seek to know the Lord and to honor Him with our heart's response. He is worthy...so we worship.

We value worship, for as we express our hearts to the Lord as a church, He meets us in grace and healing power. Worship services are a place where God graciously changes lives and strengthens us in our walk with Him.

We value worship at Grace because it continually reminds us of our standing before God and His creative and saving work in our lives – we will always be “sinners saved by grace.” We who were unworthy are made worthy by His grace . Therefore we honor His son Jesus, as the way, truth and life. We worship in His name alone.

We value worship at Grace, because a world is watching us and worship is unlike any worldly activity, and is totally set apart as a witness to the glory of God and the reality of our relationship with Him.

Hundreds of years ago, God established the first worship leaders (the Levites) to perform acts of worship and to lead the spiritual lives of His people. Today, Grace Church has a wonderful team of people who lead us in worship through their singing, playing, and operating of technology.
