Single Parent Families have been created by a variety of circumstances: never married, through adoption, divorce, widowed. We welcome the families of custodial and non-custodial parents, residential and non-residental parents. Our ministry embraces single parent families right where they are, assisting them with practical, spiritual, and fellowship needs. Our goal is to minister to the unique needs of single parents and their children, to assimilate them into the larger church family and to provide them with tools to become healthy, productive families who eventually are able to “pay forward” what they have received.The single parent family ministry at Grace church offers hope and encouragement to single parent families through fellowship, education, spiritual growth, practical helps and mentoring. Our ministry is open to custodial and non-custodial parents who are divorced, single, never married, or widowed with children of any age.

Our purpose is to exalt Christ by making disciples of single parents and their children who:

  • Know Jesus as Lord and Savior
  • Build their relationship with Jesus
• Grow with others
  • Find emotional, familial and relational healing and forgiveness
  • Build new relationships
  • Grow in life management skills
• Serve the world
  • Reach out to other single parents and their children
  • Serve others in the Grace Church family
