Making Peace
What's it all about?God loves us just the way we are, but He loves us too much to leave us that way. Many of us have endured painful experiences, traumas or hurtful relationships in the past that - if left unresolved - can block us from being all that God intends for us to be in the present. The Making Peace weekend retreat is a small group experience that is designed to identify and address foundational issues which must be resolved in order for us to grow in our relationship with Christ and with others.

Follow-up Small Group
An important aspect of Making Peace is the 12-week follow-up small group utilizing the workbook Making Peace With Your Past (part of the same series as Experiencing God and Mind of Christ). This gives opportunity to internalize lessons learned during the weekend and to encourage one another in the growth process. This group will be led by a facilitator, at no additional cost.
How Did it All Start?
In 1991 the first Making Peace weekend was held for pastors in North Carolina. The response and enthusiasm were great, and as a result, over 1500 more men and women have attended 150 such seminars since that time.
