Teachers have a great impact!
Larry Hammonds’ influence on my life started when I was in elementary school. I grew up in a great home with parents who loved—and still love!—Jesus. They’ve been a great example to me, and I learned a ton as I observed the way they lived and trusted God. Yet all of us Schaeffer kids were like any other kids. It was important for us to have other positive influences in our lives. To have other adults supplement—and confirm—what we were being taught at home. That’s where Larry comes in. The Hospitality Team greets visitors and inquirers in the Hospitality Suite before and after services, answers their question As hospitality staff, we explain the various ministries that are available at Grace Church to help people get involved and begin to connect with others. Our church is growing, but we encourage people that if they get involved in classes, small groups or ministry at Grace, they will begin to connect and make new friends right away. This is one of the easiest ministries to serve in at Grace. If you want to help others begin their journey at Grace, we would love to have you join our team.
